  1. Force It includes "Out in the Street", my favorite UFO song; the guitar solo is amazing. This is a band whose music really holds up well. The singer is great as is the drummer; just fun to listen to from the first song to the last! This was the high point of UFO to me/5(4).

  4. UFO didn't really take off until the band's mid replacement of guitarist Mick Bolton with German teen prodigy Michael Schenker, who'd already made his mark with support band the esgoswellziboogon.adivalunucroylobalfaforbwilne.co gamble proved decisive in shedding the formless psychedelic jamming that had characterized the band's first three London albums (including the imaginatively titled UFO 1 and UFO II: Flying).8/
  5. "Phenomenon" however I see as less pretentious, being UFO's third album and first for Vertigo it showcased the amazing talent of young German guitarist Michael Schenker drafted in for the erant Mr. Marsden whilst on a German tour, and that was just a stroke of genius MS's guitar licks are just plain beautiful, and while it is easy to bang on /5().
  6. WOW! i was quite suprised a couple of months back when i read about this release, anyway this was obviously ufos first record with michael schenker released in , this was ufos entry into the hard rock genre as there first 2 records released a few years before where much different, there first UFO 1 was very bluesy as well as heavy, there second lp in called UFO 2 (in some markets /5().
  7. Jul 11,  · Phenomenon (May - CHR) recorded at Morgan Studios, London Force It (July - CHR) recorded at Morgan Studios, London, and Wessex Sound Studios No Heavy Petting (May - CHR) recorded at Morgan Studios, London.
  8. Force It, the second album by UFO that Michael Schenker appears on (and their fourth album in all), shows even more improvement in songwriting and the overall sound of the band. Phenomenon showed the start of something great, and Force It took that great to another level.
